Steve with Orion's Key was our hero today! He was able to come to our home in Stevenson, Washington within an hour and a half of our call. He updated different locks and made multiple keys for our new house, helping to make our move go smoothly. He was friendly and kind with clear communication. He was very knowledgeable and great at fixing things. He even put air in the flat tire of our mower so it could be moved. I highly recommend him for any key related issues.

When she was jumping on the door she managed to push down the lock on the patio door, locking us out. Steve was great! Our digital deadbolt had frozen and it was the one night we left the key at home. He was friendly and was able to assess the situation and found the easiest way in. I needed my house rekeyed right away due to a theft of our keys. I called a few other locksmiths on Saturday morning and they either did not work Saturdays or didn't return my voicemail. I called Orion's Key Emergency Locksmith and not only did he answer the phone, he said he could come right over. He charged very reasonable prices for weekend work and quickly had the new locks in place with the number of spare keys I needed. What a relief. He gave me good advice for getting new keys for our cars too.
